Refund & Cancelation Policy
Updated on: May 2nd, 2026
1. No Refunds; All Sales Final
All purchases and payments are final. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Psychiatry Fellowship program (the "Program") is offered on a non-refundable basis. The Company does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to:
failure to use the Program, in whole or in part;
dissatisfaction with the Program content;
mistaken or accidental purchases;
technical incompatibility with a user's device, software, or internet connection;
changes in personal or professional circumstances; or
cancellation of the Installment Plan (as defined below) prior to completion.
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
2. Payment Options
The Program is available for purchase under one of two payment options, selected by you at the time of enrollment:
Pay-in-Full Option: A single one-time payment of $1,275 USD.
Installment Plan Option: Three (3) scheduled payments of $425 USD each, billed once per month over a three (3) month period, for a total of $1,275 USD. The first installment is charged at the time of enrollment, with the second and third installments automatically charged on the same calendar day in each of the following two months.
Both options provide identical access to the Program during your active enrollment, subject to the terms below. By selecting the Installment Plan, you authorize the Company (and its payment processor) to automatically charge your designated payment method for each scheduled installment unless and until you cancel in accordance with Section 3.
3. Installment Plan Cancellation
If you select the Installment Plan Option, you may cancel future installments at any time prior to the next scheduled charge date. To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request through the contact method designated by the Company before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received on or after the billing date will not stop that month's charge but will apply to any subsequent installments.
The following terms apply to all Installment Plan cancellations:
Access Termination. Upon cancellation, your access to the Program will terminate at the end of the then-current billing period, or earlier at the Company's discretion. You will not retain access to the Program after cancellation, regardless of how much of the Access Term remains.
No Refunds for Prior Payments. All installments paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellation only stops future scheduled charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
No Partial or Prorated Refunds. No prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of any billing period or for any unused portion of the Access Term.
Re-Enrollment. If you wish to regain access to the Program after cancellation, you must re-enroll under the then-current pricing and terms. Prior payments will not be credited toward re-enrollment unless expressly offered by the Company in its sole discretion.
4. Failed Payments
If a scheduled installment fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, declined transaction, or any other reason), the Company reserves the right to: (i) reattempt the charge; (ii) suspend your access to the Program until the outstanding balance is paid; and/or (iii) treat the failed payment as a cancellation under Section 3, in which case access will terminate and no refund will be issued for prior payments. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds for each scheduled installment, and you agree to promptly update your payment information if it changes.
5. Access Term and Expiration
Upon enrollment, and provided your payments remain current (or in full, if you selected the Pay-in-Full Option), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of initial enrollment (the "Access Term").
The Access Term is contingent on full payment. If you cancel the Installment Plan or fail to complete all scheduled installments, your Access Term ends at the time of cancellation or non-payment, and you will not retain access for the remainder of the original 12-month period.
If payment is completed in full (whether via the Pay-in-Full Option or by completing all three Installment Plan payments), access to the Program will automatically terminate at the end of the 12-month Access Term without notice. No extensions, renewals, or reinstatements are guaranteed unless explicitly offered by the Company in its sole discretion.
6. No Long-Term Subscription; Limited Recurring Billing
The Program is offered as a one-time purchase of a fixed Program, payable either in full or via the Installment Plan described in Section 2. The Installment Plan involves a limited series of three (3) recurring monthly charges to complete payment for the Program; it is not a subscription, membership, or auto-renewing service. There are no recurring charges beyond the three scheduled installments, and no automatic renewals at the end of the Access Term.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for any purchase or installment made in connection with the Program, except in cases of demonstrable fraud or unauthorized use.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of this Policy, the Company reserves the right to:
immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Program;
recover any outstanding amounts owed, including through collections or legal action; and
seek reimbursement for any fees, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred as a result of the dispute.
8. Technical Requirements and Access
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Program.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be liable for temporary outages, interruptions, or platform unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside its control.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to issue a refund, credit, payment plan modification, or access extension in exceptional circumstances. Any such action shall not create a precedent or obligation to provide similar remedies in the future.
