This Privacy Policy describes how Fellowship in Reproductive and Integrative Psychiatry/Anna Glezer, MD (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information in connection with the Fellowship in Reproductive and Integrative Psychiatry membership.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
Identifiers: Name, email address, and account login details.
Professional Information: Professional titles or credentials used to verify fellowship eligibility.
Financial Information: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe via Squarespace). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; all payment data is held securely by our processor.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide access to the Membership and its educational content;
Process payments and send receipts, billing alerts, and renewal notices;
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
Improve the Membership platform and site operations;
Comply with legal, tax, and professional record-keeping obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and process payments (such as Squarespace and Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your Rights & The "Right to Delete"
You have the right to request access to or the deletion of your personal information. However, please note the following legal exceptions:
Contractual Necessity: We cannot delete the information of an active subscriber, as this data is required to provide the service you purchased. Requesting a full deletion while a subscription is active will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.
Legal & Tax Obligations: We are required by law to retain certain transaction data (including your name and payment history) for financial auditing and tax purposes.
Professional Records: As this is a professional fellowship, we may retain basic record of your participation to verify your attendance/completion to professional boards if requested.
5. No PHI (Patient Privacy)
This Fellowship is for educational purposes only and is not a HIPAA-compliant environment. You agree not to share, upload, or submit any Protected Health Information (PHI) or identifying patient data. Any clinical scenarios discussed must be fully de-identified.
